I’m the founder of Photocrati Media, based in Boulder CO. We run Photocrati, a leading provider of WordPress themes for photographers. I'm also the founder, through Photocrati, of Best of Wedding Photography and the Photographers SEO Community. Although it may be strange for someone who runs a digital media company, I rarely blog. If I do, I blog on Photocrati.com or one of the Photocrati network of blogs. I also don’t Tweet - I think too much and it takes me 15 minutes to write 140 characters. I do check Facebook about every six months. Partly I’m busy, partly I’m just not programmed for social media. LookBetween and Emerging Photographers
Preparing to head out to Charlottesville VA for the LookBetween Festival. It’s a awesome, invitation-only event to celebrate and promote some of the world’s most promising emerging photographers. It’s a spin-off of Look3: Festival of the Photograph, a unique event initiated by Nick Nichols from National Geographic that strikes me as one of the truest celebrations of photography in existence. If you’ve never been there, you should consider checking it out in 2011.
