A hiker crosses a stream near the border of Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park. The Park, which contains some of Sumatra's last protected lowland rainforest, officially gained National Park status in 1982 and became part of a UNESCO world heritage site known as The Rainforest Heritage of Sumatra along with Kerinci Seblat and Gunung Leuser National Parks. The park provides habitat for three of Indonesia's best known and most endangered species, the Sumatran elephant, rhino, and tiger. Lampung (Sumatra), Indonesia.
