A sulfur vent used to gather sulfur at the mining operation in the crater of Mount Ijen, an active volcano in East Java. The vents draw red, molten sulfur to the surface. As the sulfur dries and hardens, it turns brilliant yellow and can broken into pieces and put in baskets to be carried out. East Java, Indonesia. Image: Danzer_015329.
